Damage Goods:

In the occasion an artwork arrives to you in a damage condition, please make sure you make some clear nice photo’s of the packing, the artwork and damage. We will replace the item. This include collecting the old Artwork, including certificate of authenticity in the old packing. 

Guarantee:

Your product is made of the best materials and should in perfect condition for years. In the occasion shows any manufactural error please make sure you make some clear nice photo’s of the packing, the artwork and damage. We will investigate the issue and might replace the item. This include collecting the old Artwork, including certificate of authenticity in the old packing

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
